The recipes born of this collaboration feel familiar, yet surprise at the same time. A soft Camembert melting slowly over the heat, prawns sizzling in hot oil and garlic, the fresh notes of vitello tonnato on a warm evening.

There are dishes that beg to be shared: a rack of lamb placed in the centre of the table or a tomahawk steak being carefully carved whilst everyone watches. And there are lighter moments: a pangasius bruschetta, a spicy chicken with couscous, or a Thai beef roll that adds just that little bit of excitement.
